The Bridging Loan Calculator will provide a monthly repayment amount dependant on the size of loan you require, on first or second charge.

Amount of Bridging Finance required?

To use this calculator, input the amount of bridging finance you would like to apply for. Once you have entered these amounts, click on the calculate button. Loans available from £30k to £10 million. However loans over £2million will be considered on an individual basis.

Charge Type:

First charge type applies to first charge, second charge type to second charge security (Both charge types irrespective of loan size). Combination of first and second charge security on application, blended charge type.

How many months would you like the loan?

No minimum term or early repayment charges. Standard loan term 9 months / maximum loan term 12 months. (Extensions available upon request)

Monthly payment:

LOAN TO VALUE:Owner occupied residential property - up to 75%. Investment residential property - up to 75%. Semi or fully commercial property - up to 75%. 80% available in certain circumstances, 100% with additional security.
MINIMUM PROPERTY VALUE = 50,000
NOTES:LTV's (loan to value) are based on open market values (OMV's) and not 90 day restricted values. Loans are available against a clients total equity pool by using more than one property. Higher loan to values considered in certain cases.
