Many consumers are unaware that they have
been
mis-sold
a mortgage but what every hard presed consumer
will, undoubtedly, identify with is that we have endured
arguably the worst recession in living memory. What is well
documented though is how the UK was hamstrung by reckless

How do I know if I've been mis-sold? The
answer is that it's highly unlikely you will recognise
that you've been mis-sold your mortgage. However what
we have found is that many of our clients look to us
for assistance typically prompted by financial hardship.
Irrespective that interest rates are at an historic
low our clients put financial hardship and their biggest
commitment together.
We are able to advise you at an early
stage whether you have grounds for a complaint. Previously,
under old rules, if a consumer felt they had grounds
for a mis-sold
mortgage claim compensation was up to a
maximum of £48,000. This has now been raised as
from January 1st 2010 and the revised limit for both
home finance mediation and investments is now 100% of
£50,000.
